After Your Session:
1) REST. - Allow your body to rest. Your body will tell you when it needs rest. Take a nap or longer sleep time. This is when much more of your healing takes place, much of what is released is healed and continued to conclusion in your sleep time.
2) RELAXATION. - A cleansing shower or a soothing bath to further dissolve any energy “sludge” and induce your body into relaxation is a good idea after a session takes place.
3) WATER. - Drink lots of water. Why? Water is a way of releasing toxins from the body that arise from a spiritual healing. Water truly cleanses the body and helps "flush" your system clean.
4) EMOTIONAL RELEASE. - Some types of emotional releasing that may occur:
- Crying • Sadness • Anger • Irritable
5) EMOTIONAL RECLAIM. Some types of emotional reclaim after releasing:
- Joy, Thankfulness, Kindheartedness, Optimism, Confidence, Calmness
6) PHYSICAL RELEASE. Some types of physical releasing:
- Pain, Bowel Movement - Many call this the "cosmic cleanse," Tension, Sleepyness, Runny nose.
7) PHYSICAL RECLAIM. Some types of physical reclaim after releasing:
- Lightness, Energetic, Peacefulness.
8) YOU MAY FEEL SOME OF THIS. - You may experience emotional and or physical release. It is different for each individual’s situation and issue(s). But bare in mind that these symptoms can occur. Not to worry! It just means that you are clearing and being HEALED. It is a powerful and wonderful process.
9) INTENSITY. - After a spiritual healing, the release may vary in intensity (subtle to dramatic). Symptoms and affects are different for each individual.
10) TIME. - The time to release and to reclaim varies. Different for each individual.
11) ALLOW. - Healings are always positive. Allow for your consciousness to accept the healing. Very important.
Healing and Blessings to You!
